The Cheviot self catering Holiday Apartments in Newquay consists of just four high quality, tastefully decorated and spacious apartments set in their own landscaped grounds with patios, barbecues and a heated outdoor swimming pool and just 2 to 3 minutes to Fistral beach and the Town centre by car.

The accommodation consists of just four spacious apartments set in a beautiful location overlooking Newquay's Gannel Estuary. Apartment one has one bedroom, apartment 2 has three and both apartments three and four have 4 bedrooms each. All apartments have been awarded 4 Stars by the English Tourist Council.

The self catering holiday apartments range from one to four bedrooms and can comfortably sleep from two to eight guests. Each apartment is individually furnished, fully equipped and maintained to a very high standard. The extensive gardens include sun loungers and barbecue facilities and there is ample parking for all apartments within the grounds.

The Apartments enjoy stunning views of the River Estuary and surrounding countryside and they are just minutes away from Newquay's world famous surfing beaches and breathtaking coastline.

A walk along the Gannel Estuary will take you to Penpol Creek and the village of Crantock. The walk will also take you to Crantock beach where the Gannel river joins the sea, the beach is popular with families and is ideal for Children as well as surfing. Freshly cooked crabs and lobsters are available to buy at the Fernpit Cafe at the mouth of the Estuary.

Touring in Cornwall

Our holiday apartments are ideally situated for touring Cornwall, we are within easy reach of famous attractions such as the Eden Project, Tate Gallery and the National Maritime Museum. Newquay Trenance leisure park is just a few minutes walk away with Swimming and fun pools, Tennis courts, Mini golf, Pitch and putt as well as leisure gardens with boating lake and the popular Newquay Zoo.

Apartment 1 one bedroom for two guests

Located alongside the main house. The accommodation comprises of a lounge/kitchen with colour television, video, DVD and freeview. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge and microwave oven. The Apartment has a bathroom with toilet and shower plus one double bedroom.

Apartment 2 three bedrooms for up to six guests

Located alongside the main house. The accommodation is on two levels and comprises of a lounge/kitchen/dining area with colour television, DVD and freeview recorder. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge and microwave, a bathroom with toilet and shower and three bedrooms - two doubles and one twin.

Apartment 3 four bedrooms for up to eight guests

The apartment has its own private entrance and is situated on the upper floor of the main house and has stunning views of the surrounding countryside, a bridge crosses to the raised rear garden with barbecue, patio and pool area.

The accommodation comprises of a large lounge with colour television Freeview recorder and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Spacious bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and an additional separate toilet and shower room. The apartment has four bedrooms one with super king size bed, one double, one twin and one with full sized bunk beds. Bed linen, pillows and duvets are provided.

Apartment 4 four bedrooms for up to eight guests

Located on the ground floor of the main house with its own private entrance.
The apartment has a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen dining room fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge\freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate shower room and an additional toilet.

There are 2 double bedrooms one with a king size bed and 2 twin rooms. Bed linen, pillows and duvets are all provided.

General

Electricity and central heating are included in the tariff. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available for guests. Cots for babies are available, please book in advance.

Towels are available to hire if required at £5.00 per guest.
