The accommodation.

The apartment has its own private outside entrance and is situated on the upper floor of the main house it has stunning views of the surrounding countryside and River Estuary, The raised rear garden is on the same level as apartment 3 and is accessed across a wooden bridge, the area has a lawn and patio with loungers, tables, chairs and a barbecue. The garden also provides access to the fenced swimming pool area.

The accommodation comprises of a lounge with colour television a freeview recorder and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and with electric oven and hob, fridge\freezer, microwave and a dishwasher, the kitchen/dinner also has a second TV. There is a spacious bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and an additional separate toilet and shower room. The apartment sleeps up to 8 guests in four bedrooms, 2 double rooms one of which has a super king size bed, one double bedded room, one twin and one bedroom with full sized bunk beds (3 feet wide).

Bed linen, pillows and duvets are all provided as is electricity and central heating in the winter months. Cots for babies are available, please book in advance.

 A laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer is also available for guests use.
