overlooking the River Gannel Estuary.
Car Parking Facilities
There is ample parking for all apartments within the grounds. All the parking is within the grounds and is on the same
level as Apartments 1,2 and 4 Apartment 3 is accessed by a flight of steps
at the back of the property. Parking areas are either tarmac or brick

up into the apartment over a upvc threshold, floors are wood effect laminate
apart from the bathroom and kitchen areas which have ceramic floor tiles. Wooden
thresholds are in doorways and between kitchen/lounge areas. There are non slip
mats in the lounge bedroom and bathroom.

There are both front and rear gardens for the guests to enjoy. The front
garden has a lawned area and seating with a barbecue. The rear garden is on a
higher level accessed from a flight of steps or across a wooden bridge from
Apartment three it has lawned and paved areas with seating and loungers as well
as barbecue facilities. The fenced swimming pool is accessed from the rear
garden via a short flight of steps.
