Introduction

The Cheviot Holiday Apartments Newquay are situated on the Gannel Road overlooking the River Gannel Estuary. 


Car Parking Facilities

There is ample parking for all apartments within the grounds. All the parking is within the grounds and is on the same level as Apartments 1,2 and 4 Apartment 3  is accessed by a flight of steps at the back of the property. Parking areas are either tarmac or brick paving.  

Apartment 1,

There is one step up into the apartment over a upvc threshold, floors are wood effect laminate apart from the bathroom and kitchen areas which have ceramic floor tiles. Wooden thresholds are in doorways and between kitchen/lounge areas. There are non slip mats in the lounge bedroom and bathroom.

Apartment 2,

There is one step up into the apartment over a upvc threshold, the ground floor hall and bathroom floors are ceramic tile and the three bedrooms are carpeted. The lounge and kitchen are accessed by a carpeted flight of stairs. The lounge is carpeted and the kitchen/dinning area floor has vinyl floor covering. There are non slip mats in the lounge bedrooms, bathroom and hallway.

Apartment 3,

From the car parking level there are 12 external steps to the apartment which is at the same level as the rear garden this is accessed via a wooden bridge. There is one step up into the apartment from this level over a upvc threshold. All bedrooms in the apartment are carpeted, the kitchen and lounge have laminate flooring and the bathrooms have vinyl floor covering. There are non slip mats in the lounge bedrooms bathrooms and hallway.

Apartment 4,

There are two steps up into the apartment over an aluminium threshold, the front two bedrooms and hallway are carpeted, the back bedrooms and lounge have laminate flooring and the bathrooms porch rear hallway and kitchen have ceramic tiles. wooden thresholds are in doorways and are at changes of flooring coverings within rooms. There are non slip mats in the lounge bedrooms kitchen, bathrooms and hallway.
 
 
Laundry

There is a ground floor Laundry room available to all guests at the rear of the apartments, a key can be found in each apartment kitchen.
There is one small step to the Laundry room and the floor is tiled.

 
 
Grounds and Gardens

There are both front and rear gardens for the guests to enjoy. The front garden has a lawned area and seating with a barbecue. The rear garden is on a higher level accessed from a flight of steps or across a wooden bridge from Apartment three it has lawned and paved areas with seating and loungers as well as barbecue facilities. The fenced swimming pool is accessed from the rear garden via a short flight of steps.

 

There are no shared areas within the building; each apartment has its own private entrance
