The Cheviot Holiday Apartments overlook the Gannel Estuary and are within easy reach of Newquay’s town centre and golden sandy beaches.

Fistral beach or the town centre are approximately 3 minutes by car. Trenance boating lake and gardens are 5 minutes walk away. Newquay Zoo, horse riding stables, tennis courts, bowling green, swimming pools and Waterworld are also situated within 10 minutes walking time.

The Cheviot is ideally located for rural and coastal walks and it is possible to drive to most destinations in Cornwall within approximately one hour       
The apartments are situated overlooking the Gannel Estuary which is tidal and has a large variety of wildlife. It is home to some 5,000 birds including egrets, herons, godwits and greenshanks. The surrounding area also contains historic bronze and iron age settlements.

      How to find us

• At the Quintrell Downs roundabout go straight ahead. 
• Follow the road for about one and a half miles.
• At the next roundabout (with Morrisons supermarket on your right) carry straight on.
• Carry on for approx 1/4 mile to next roundabout and turn right.
• Follow the A392 Trevemper Road to the next roundabout opposite the boating lake.
• Go straight ahead keeping the Gannel Estuary on your left.
• We are situated about 300 Metres along on the right.
